Dato' Leonard Tan
Chief Executive Officer | Managing Director
YFE Sdn Bhd, established decades ago, is led by Canadian graduate, Dato’ Leonard Tan, a public figure who has received numerous awards for his contributions. A fanatical character filled with eccentricity and passion for his work which delivers lucrative results for his clients. His voice is all over the audio and visual streams. He had also rocked the entertainment world as the founding artist of a record label in the early days of his career.
Leonard is hotel trained entrepreneur who has played a pivotal role in seeing to the success of an endless list of products and properties whilst at the same time setting trends.
His advertising and event management skills have deemed him to be recognised as a walking advertisement with an added cap of him also being labelled as the ‘King of Jingles’ for his ingenious creations.
Datin Krystyn Teh
Executive Director
An Executive Director of YFE Sdn Bhd, Datin Krystyn is an Arts trained Entrepreneur who has headed numerous productions and executions of successful products and property launches.
Her relentless passion in designing and creating a conducive and complementing environment flavored with a sense of lavish and grandeur has always been highly regarded as an extremely unique talent in her by all the clients.
Her work and execution saw to the success of various property launches in Mont Kiara and even PUBLIKA, Residensi Astrea, Residensi 22, Acoris, Solaris Parq, properties in Cyberjaya, Johor and other states.
Her added role as an Executive Producer has also seen her in aiding to the success of many product launches which include renowned names such as Perodua, Volvo and etc.
Everlyn Khaw
Chief Operating Officer
With 29 years in the property industry, Everlyn has a vast experience in property sales and marketing, project planning, brand building, product positioning and formulation of sales strategies.
She has worked with various reputable property developers in Malaysia, managing integrated developments, commercial and residential projects and township development.
She executes strategic sales initiatives and has handled multiple creative directions of many marketing campaigns. She also deals with bulk sales negotiation, developing and executing marketing plans with the aim of generating sizeable sales revenues.
Jon Ooi
Chief Creative Officer
A Placemaking specialist, Jon carries the motto – ‘Innovation is the ability to see change as an opportunity -not a threat’.
Jon is a leader in this specialised field who offers continuous market experiences with constant innovative concepts. His specialty and creative concepts have seen to the creation of one of the most popular millennial lodges which offers a unique and ‘a never-experienced before’ glamping resort known as GLAMZ. Adding a feather to his cap, there is already another in the making. He doesn’t only carry delegation skills but is also is as capable with his innovative and creative hands-on skills.
Sarasvathy
Chief People Officer
Sarasvathy pursued her interest in Chinese Metaphysics and Feng Shui in 2001 and has been practicing since.
With her in-depth knowledge of Feng Shui, Bazi Destiny Analysis and Qi Men, Saras facilitates the set-up and arrangement of factories, offices, shops and homes. She provides a deep analysis into where a system is designed to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy citing favorable or unfavorable effects which are taken into account when designing the building and space planning.
She has successfully helped many businesses in ensuring smooth and successful work operations. Saras also does general management of people development, business partnerships and personal consultation.
